London Diamond Bourse Members Vote for Future

The London Diamond Bourse held an Extraordinary General Meeting in the first week of November where the future of the organisation was discussed openly with members present. The meeting was remarkably well attended by members from all parts of the trade; including workshops, specialist insurers, SME businesses as well as major diamond dealers. The Council of Management of the Bourse pledged to continue their yet unsuccessful search to find a viable option to remain located in or around Hatton Garden. Victoria McKay resigns from London Diamond Bourse

The changing of the guard continues at London Diamond Bourse with the resignation of Victoria McKay as Chief Operating Officer, after a busy six years in the role. On 30th of September the awards ceremony and party of Enjoia’t 2016 organized by Artists and Artisans of Fomento para las Artes Decorativas (A-FAD) took place at the garden of the Maritime Museum of Barcelona, with a large attendance by the Spanish jewellery community.
