Artisan Paul Wayne Gregory creates a giant Rotary Greenwich Timepiece replica from Chocolate for C4's Extreme Chocolate Makers

Last week, Rotary made its TV debut on the Channel 4 show, Extreme Chocolate Makers. The new series follows chocolatiers from around the UK as they tackle tricky builds and complicated commissions in an attempt to deliver a little bit of chocolate heaven. Ahead of its 125th birthday, Rotary commissioned Paul Wayne Gregory, of the TV show, to create a griant-sized replica of one of their most popular watches. The Greenwich timepiece, is a particularly challenging feat in chocolatiering- with its skeletal detailing and intricately detailed face.
