The artwork will highlight the inspiring view at a point on the North Downs Way, a short walk from Newlands Corner. It will provide a reason to visit, pause and appreciate each specific location while encouraging interaction from visitors. Artist Fee The artist will work within a budget of £9000. Brazillian designer, Roberta Mattos’, evolution from fast-fashion student to slow-design is encapsulated in her latest collection: Pause.  The designer began her career in the clothing industry but fell out of love with it due to wide-spread ‘fast-fashion’ practices.
