You will be sharing the workshop with two friendly award-winning jewellery designer-makers.

The workshop is just off Hoxton street, approximately 400sq feet in size, and offers you a 24hr access. It is located inside a friendly, creative studio complex that you will share with other makers/creative. There is also a private garden available to be accessed by the workshop tenants.

Our workshop offers you with:

• Tools & Machinery (Polishing machine, ultrasonic cleaner, pickle pot, bench drill, etc)

Hoxton Overground and bus stop is just 5 minutes away from the unit, while a short walk will take you to Shoreditch High Street Station, Liverpool Street Station, as well as Old Street Station. Moreover, there are plenty of bus stops nearby, which could take you to Hatton Garden and Central London.

The cost for full-time rent is £191pm
