BUSCH 2K-AU carbide cutter for angled stone setting

BUSCH has a rotating solution for processing angular settings in its 2K-AU carbide cutter with a smooth front surface. Critical areas when setting angular gemstones such as princess cut diamonds are the edges of the gemstones themselves and the corners of the settings. In order to avoid damaging the edges of the gemstones when fitting them into square bezel settings, it makes sense to optimise the setting to the geometry of the gemstones. Especially where gravers cannot be used for this work step, the 2K-AU figure with its smooth front surface offers an optimal alternative. This smooth, non-serrated front surface
