The Role

Our high performing Jewellers work as a part of our Birmingham Production Team.

The ideal people will have ‘can do’ attitudes, communicate well, be a team player and want to work to the very highest standards.

These roles are integral to our production workflow and the right candidates will show meticulous attention to detail when carrying out their work. Our jewellers carry out all manufacturing tasks, including cleaning and assembling castings, resizing, polishing, setting and custom work. Our standards are high - and we expect you to constantly strive for the very best.

Setting experience is preferred, but if you can set or want to progress to setting all types of gemstones, we will help with your progression.

Job Requirements

At least 2 years bench experience, preferably more
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Cleaning and assembling castings of all metals
Resizing rings of all styles and metals
Finishing
Laser-welding
Setting (preferred but not essential)
Exceptional eye for detail
Ability to work quickly & meet deadlines
Team player with great interpersonal & communication skills
Follow company policies (e.g lateness/sickness etc)
