I'm renting out a space in my new studio in Hackney E5. It's a self contained unit in a vibrant and friendly studio complex that houses a variety of creative businesses.

The space would be perfect for another jeweller who has their own bench and basic tools.

The space comes with use of my Durston rolling mill, bench polisher, ring stretcher and pickle pot.

The space available is 2 metre x 2 metre.

The front of the studio, by the doors is going to be the admin/client meeting area which is for both of us to use and I'll be furnishing soon with a desk and chairs.

The studio also has it's own patio for al fresco lunches!

It's such a vibey little place with a great community and occasional social gatherings such as barbeques. It's been blessedly quite cool in there too through the heatwaves.

24/7 access. Incredibly secure space.
