The photos were taken prior to the current tenant moving out, so the studio will be much clearer and tidier ready for the new maker(s). They currently show two desks: the jeweller’s bench will remain, while the second desk and leopard-print bench will be removed, creating plenty of additional space. It’s a generous, well-proportioned studio, with room to bring your own additional bench or desk if two jewellers would like to share, create an area for meeting clients, or simply enjoy the extra working space.

Brilliant East London location: Brick Lane and Spitalfields are on the doorstep, with cafés, shops, restaurants and a great pub at the end of the road. Aldgate East and Whitechapel are around 5 minutes' walk away, with Liverpool Street around 10 minutes on foot.

The new maker(s) will have the studio to themselves day-to-day. I’ll keep a small amount of my jewellery-making equipment neatly stored in the space. I now work from home and am unlikely to use the studio myself, but would retain the option for very occasional access if needed, always arranged in advance.
