Bright new workshop overlooking the river on Thames Side Studios premises with lots of natural light.

Shared with 2 others (CAD technician & painter, both use it very occasionally only). You would basically have the studio to yourself most of the time! The size of it is 4x3m and about half is taken up by painting materials such as canvases.

Site has 24hr access, parking and over night security guard.
Over 400 artist studios on the site with a community of creative people.

We currently need to build new workbenches. The one on the image is gone.

Electricity is not included in the rent and is paid with a top-up card that one buys from the site office.

Workshop is not equipped. An empty workbench and access to a PC workstation for CAD with training videos is what is offered. There is no WiFi installed.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious jeweller who wants to learn CAD to join the creation of a modern workshop along side myself, a young jeweller who has been in the trade for 6 years.

The work benches in the main image will be moved back into the studio on a few months time !
