Workshop Space Wanted in Central / North / East London

Hello! I am looking to rent a bench anywhere in Central / North / East London.

My budget is around £200/month and I would consider part time access (e.g. evenings and weekends).

I am looking for a workshop that has access to all the standard tools and equipment for silversmithing. I have been using a workshop for a while but this is on a day hire basis and so am looking for a more permanent setup.
