The studio is fully set up and currently offers 6 bench spaces, with the potential for 2 additional benches to become available in the future. The studio manager would benefit from free bench space and would eventually own all benches in the space and some studio equipment.

• Rent: £1,662 per month (plus bills usually £15-£30) This is divided by 6 people

A transition period will be arranged to support a smooth handover, including discussion around the cost of the benches that will remain with the space.
