STUDIO MATE NEEDED for Ladbroke Grove Workshop

We need a new studio buddy! 

We have a space available for rent in our light, friendly and secure studio in Ladbroke Grove, West London.  Shared between 3 jewellers, our workshop is housed in a large Victorian brick building 15 minutes walk from Ladbroke Grove tube. The building has been extensively refurbished over the last 2 years and houses a large number of small to medium businesses, a brand new large reception with cafe for meetings, 24 hour access, security and ample shared kitchen and toilet facilities.

Those interested would need bring their own bench/work table and tools, although some shelving is available. We are, however, a friendly bunch and generally happily share space, tools and advice amongst our collective. Rent is £178 pcm plus bills (typically £15 pm) A deposit would be required.
