Shared Studio Space Available in Dalston, London

I'm looking for a studio mates to share this lovely space I'm renting on Shacklewell Lane in Dalston. It's a great space with good natural light, windows that open (!!) and it's own sink. It's £300 per month which includes everything except electricity (which is between £10 - £40 each per month depending on the season, only high in Jan & Feb). The building complex is owned and run by a lovely, trustworthy family who are warm and present for their tenants. It has a reception where your post can safely be accepted and sent from daily. 24/7 access and very secure. It also has a nice communal roof terrace. 

It's available from 1 August and only suitable for jewellers who use small torches or Microweld as we're not allowed to have big gas in the space.
