Located in a large industrial building with north-facing windows, the space offers beautiful natural light throughout the day.

You’ll be sharing with one other jeweller and a metalworker (present mainly during summer). The studio is spacious with 24/7 access and kitchen facilities.

• Comes unfurnished (bench top can be provided if needed)
• Rent: £250 p/m (incl. VAT)
• Service charge: £39 every 3 months
