Bench space to rent in Stratford
I have some bench spaces to rent in my new unit in Stratford, I have 2 that I would like to rent on a permanent basis @ £200 a month and one that can be let on a more casual or short term basis.
The workshop/studio is huge and there’s plenty of space for benches, photography, CAD & design space. The unit is designated as ‘light industrial’ so there’s no issues with gas and oxygen torches.
The building has 24hour access and the unit has a sink, fridge and WiFi.
