We have a brand new bench for hire in a new workshop space in Hatton Garden.  We are a very relaxed and looking for someone who is a right fit who is self sufficient and potentially wants some more work as well.  Must keep the space clean and tidy.

• Custom made work bench
• Steamer, ultrasonic, rolling mills, gas and oxygen
• Very secure
• Ideal location with all suppliers local
• Potential use of laser welder
• Potential opportunity for work to be provided to the right person with the right experience.
• Bike rack and security

• 24h access 
• Potential sole use of safe or you can bring your own. 
• Plenty of seating and desks in the foyer to see clients
• Cafe in the foyer (Not open during lockdown)

No laser welder - £325 per month

With laser welder - £425 per month
