My bench mate is leaving and so I am looking for someone to share my bench with! I usually work office hours and so use the bench evenings (6pm onwards) and weekends, and the occasional weekday, so I am looking for someone who needs it only weekdays daytime. I'm looking for someone who can commit to a minimum of 6 months and who is comfortable using a jewellery workshop and sharing a bench.
The total rent for the bench is £210/month and so for the weekday daytime use it would be £210/month. A deposit of £175 needs to be paid. I am looking for someone to start renting 1 June.
About the space: It is a lovely space located 5 mins walk from Hatton Garden. You might have seen it advertised on benchpeg already for the fulltime access.
