Artist studio space available in Hackney Down Studios sharing with two super friendly jewellers. The space is in an amazing location in Hackney, 10min walk from Rectory Road and Hackney Downs overground stations. It is spacious with lots of natural light, public access, and is warm in winter! Also has 24hr access, security on site and post room to receive post at all times!

Looking for either a fellow jeweller or a designer/maker that needs space for computer work as well as space to create! We’re not limiting our search to jewellery makers as we currently share with a seamstress however there is the option to share jewellery tools & knowledge if desired!

The space is £575 including all utilities and wifi, available on 18th November.
