Oxo Tower Wharf, at the heart of London’s South Bank, is home to studios for designer-makers and craftspeople and we have a number of spaces available for talented new tenants. These opportunities come at a pivotal time for Oxo as we re-focus on craft and design and seek talented makers to join us. We're excited to be safeguarding spaces for creatives in central London and our building provides a unique opportunity for makers to have a studio and showroom in one, with opportunity for an open door to the public too!

Our studios range between 290 – 720 sq. ft and are located on the first and second floors of our iconic, riverside building.

Thanks to support from the Culture Recovery Fund, we are thrilled to be able to offer a generous 3-month rent free period to successful new studio applicants (offer available for a limited time).

• Located on the first and second floors - access via lift or stairs
• Rents start from £20+VAT per sq. ft.
• Service Charge £8.50 per sq. ft. (subject to review)
• Terms start from 2 years with a 3-month break
• All lettings are subject to application and are suitable for those that fall within the designer-maker and craft categories
