Public Artist or Spatial Designer for Public Art Vision, Eastleigh Borough Council

Eastleigh Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from Artists and Designers to produce an Artistic Vision for Public Art for a new neighbourhood being developed in the town.

The Vision will be used as a ‘road map’ to commission a series or sequence of physical works for installation either on site or at strategic locations relating to the site.

EBC wish to commission an innovative, exciting and engaging response to the site that is well presented and coherent in its themes, placements and functions.
