Knights Wood Housing Development

The Dandara Group, working with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council are seeking proposals from artists and designers to create a statement sculptural work to be located in the Village Square of Knights Wood, a new housing development in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Public Art Commission
The highly original sculptural work set primarily into a pre-defined space at the end of a triangular water feature will help to provide Knights Wood with a distinct identity by responding to the site’s character and the communities that live there.

The commissioning panel are flexible to the wide range of creative approaches this commission can take.

Budget
​The project budget is £25,000 and this includes design, fabrication, materials, transport, installation including any ground works, fees and expenses.

An open day at the development site will be held on Saturday 5th November 11am - 1pm.
