We will be holding our Winter Makers Fair in St James Square, Muswell Hill on Saturday 22 November 2025 from 10.30am-4.00pm.

Eligibility

Our fairs are for independent artists, designers and makers creating their own original product. Members of the Muswell Hill Creatives collective are guaranteed stalls. We then have a limited number of available guest spaces and guests will be considered based on: ensuring a good mix of goods at the fair overall; the quality of your product and whether it's considered the right fit for our Fairs; no direct conflict of interest with MHC collective members; and how local to Muswell Hill you are based.

Please note, we no not accept food/drink applications.

All stallholders must be in possession of up-to-date public liability insurance in order to trade with us and Haringey Council Traders Licences will need to be issued for each stallholder (coordinated by the Fair organiser).

Stall Costs

Winter Makers Fair - Saturday 22 November 2025 in St James Square = £122 per stallholder.

Includes: Haringey Council traders licence; provision of a 6ft table under a gazebo shared with 2 other traders; and admin/publicity fee. You must be in possession of up-to-date public liability insurance to trade with us.
