Embossed Copper Box in a Morning- £55

Saturday 10-1pm . Sat 18th June 2022

Inspired by the Arts & Crafts Movement, design and make an embossed copper shim box in this 3 hour workshop. An ideal way for beginners to explore the malleability of this metal, whilst making a unique box for keepsakes.

Chasing & Repousse Weekend - £250

10-5pm. Sat 25- Sun 26 June 2022

Silversmith Bryony Knox teaches the ancient art of Chasing & Repousse- where sheet metal is formed and embossed using steel tools whilst held in pine pitch.

Over the weekend you will learn to chase in the flat, in the round and make your own chasing tools which you will leave with.

Materials such as copper sheet, bowl and tooled steel are included in the cost.

Arts & Crafts Copper Clock- 5 day course- £625

10-4pm. 18-22 July 2022

You will spend 5 days with Bryony designing and making an Arts & Crafts Copper Clock. This is an ideal introduction to the techniques of chasing & repousse whilst making your own beautiful object to love and treasure. The price includes copper, tooled steel and quartz clock mechanism.
