Craft in Focus 2027: Applications Open for Makers and Jewellers

Deadline: Monday 30 November 2026 (book by this date to save £100)
Location: RHS Garden Wisley, RHS Garden Hyde Hall, Hever Castle and Waterperry Gardens, South East England

Craft in Focus, one of the UK’s leading craft fair organisers, is inviting makers to apply for its 2027 season, including three Desire fairs dedicated to jewellery and silversmithing.

Craft in Focus runs contemporary craft fairs in garden and heritage settings across the South East, showing only work made by the exhibitors themselves. For 2027 it is offering a £100 discount to makers who book by 30 November, and it advises applying early because selection starts soon after that date.

Desire Jewellery & Silversmithing Fairs

Jewellers and silversmiths can apply for Craft in Focus’s specialist Desire fairs:

  • 14–16 May: Hever Castle & Gardens, Kent
  • 9–11 July: Waterperry Gardens, Oxfordshire
  • 3–7 November: RHS Garden Wisley, Surrey

The Desire fairs have their own application details. If you haven’t received them, email info@craftinfocus.com.

Contemporary Craft Fairs (all disciplines)

  • 29 April – 3 May: RHS Garden Wisley, Surrey
  • 27–30 August: RHS Garden Hyde Hall, Essex
  • 9–12 September: Hever Castle, Kent
  • 3–7 November: RHS Garden Wisley, Surrey

The season also includes two Celebrating Ceramics fairs, at Hever Castle in May and Waterperry Gardens in July.

Who can apply

Makers working in any discipline, provided their work is of a high standard. Bought-in or imported work is not accepted, and anyone found selling work they haven’t made will be removed from the show. First-time applicants must send photographs of their work and stand set-up, labelled with their name or trading name. Makers who can give an interesting demonstration at the fair are encouraged to say so when they apply.

What exhibitors get

  • Space in clear-span marquees, or adjacent outdoor space for some products
  • An optional shell scheme of fabric-covered panels at mixed-discipline fairs (nails and screws can’t be used)
  • A marketing campaign for each event, including national and local advertising in print and online, social media, and email and postal mailings to past visitors

How to apply: download the application pack from craftinfocus.com. The forms are fillable PDFs and work best on a computer, but you can also print them, fill them in by hand and email back a scan or photo.
