A new exhibition of luxury avant-garde fine jewellery, tantalisingly known as Wild Things, is coming to London later this month following a launch at the exclusive 2018 COUTURE Las Vegas in the first stop of what is expected to be a summer tour of Europe.

Created by founder of the House of Luxury Elio D’Anna, in collaboration with COUTURE, Wild Things is a 'wild and beautiful' collection of six luxury but progressive jewellery brands, all resonating with cosmopolitan younger buyers keen to be associated with contemporary jet set labels conveying attitude and identity.

They include the Indian Lebanese Mukhi Sisters, Maya, Meena, and Zeenat based in Beirut who have been acclaimed for their 'jewellery with attitude' approach to design. Their father's family has been in the jewellery business in India since 1875 while their mother Effat Kreidie, has been the woman behind Effys Jewellery in Beirut since 1982.

Latvian socialite, model and photographer Ilona Stolie will also be showing her 'daring and provocative By Stolie collection. She started out designing jewellery because she couldn't find what she wanted, ie simple but perfect designs for everyday wear.

"I was searching for earrings of flawless quality, ideal size and weight. I also struggled to find elegant chokers and other items that I could really fall in love with. So I decided I should do it myself. I have always loved being creative and I thought this was the ideal solution to my problem,” she explains.

She is now a style icon, a muse for other designers and her By Stolie collections keenly collected.

Alessa, established in 2009, is the brainchild of Alessandra Robles and Yuvraj Pahuja.  Born and raised in Guatemala, Alessandra met Yuvraj, who comes from five generations of an Indian jewellery producing family, at the GIA. Working out of Dubai, their collection is an 'appreciation of nature, diversity and cultural wealth'.

Another socialite Aisha  Baker, from Britain, established her jewellery business last year with celebrated  designer  Hoonik  Chang,  from  South  Korea creating  unique and eccentric pieces, all reinventions of classic fairytales translated for the modern woman.  Hoonik  Chang  won  Theo  Fennell’s  Overall  Best  award  in  2015  for  his  BA  Jewellery  Design  Degree  Show.  Each piece is carved by hand in London 'from the heart of human imagination'.

Spanish Indian Anil Arjandas, who boasts 730,000 Instagram followers, has blazed a trail with his use of oxidizing silver, black diamond, Rose gold, and leather in producing his signature bracelets.  The lauded Original Bracelet is made to order, intended to be worn alongside any timepiece. The inner core of the bracelet can be made from silver, gold or rose gold, topped off with trademark brown and black diamonds.

Ruwaya was founded by Fatima Al Dhaeri who is renowned for creating wearable works of art. She started out with her father at fine jewellery brand Amwaj, creating one-off pieces then studied at the Gemological Institute of America.

She uses finest 18k gold and precious stones and transforms them into glittering pieces that evoke the sights, sounds, smells and traditions of Arabia. Many of the pieces consist of sliced diamonds and white pavé diamonds, delicately bound together and layered.

Ruwaya, part of the Wild Things London concept coming  to London in June

After its launch in Las Vegas, Wild Things London heads to London’s Mayfair from June 18th to June 24th before a tour around premier European destinations in 2018.
