The North Devon jeweller has added a touch of gold to one of its best-loved designs, with an eight-piece edit that combines sterling silver with 18ct gold-plated accents.

Kit Heath has unveiled The Golden Edit, a new direction for its popular North Star collection. The eight pieces pair polished sterling silver with 18ct gold-plated details and cubic zirconia, giving the celestial design a warmer, two-tone look.

The collection takes its inspiration from the North Star, which has guided travellers for centuries. Kit Heath uses it as a symbol of resilience, confidence and the courage to follow your own path.

The Golden Edit leads Kit Heath’s autumn/winter 2026 offer, and the original all-silver North Star designs are returning alongside it. The two are designed to work together, so wearers can choose the brightness of silver, the contrast of silver and gold, or layer the two.

“The North Star has become such a loved collection for us, so we wanted to build on its success while giving it a fresh new perspective,” says Katie Nickell, Co-Founder of Kit Heath.

About Kit Heath

Kit Heath was founded in 1984 by siblings Kit Heath and Katie Nickell and is still based in North Devon. Kit’s interest in jewellery began at school, where he experimented with silver, famously melting down the family candlesticks to make his first pieces. Katie brought her own creative vision to the partnership, helping to shape the brand’s distinctive style.

More than four decades on, Kit Heath remains a family business, designing its sterling silver jewellery in-house. Kit died in 2025, and his creativity and love of sterling silver continue to shape the brand.
