The National Association of Jewellers (NAJ), the UK’s leading trade association for the professional jewellery sector, is pleased to announce that its free Jewellery Job Seeker Directory is now open for jewellery businesses to explore prospective talent across the industry.
Developed to support workforce stability in a challenging economic climate, the directory provides employers with direct access to a growing pool of skilled jewellery professionals seeking new opportunities. Businesses can easily search for candidates by geographical region and job role, helping them identify talent aligned with their recruitment needs.
This free‑to‑use resource has been created to strengthen recruitment, retain expertise within the trade, and support both emerging and experienced professionals. From jewellery designers and goldsmiths to retail specialists and workshop technicians, the directory brings together individuals with jewellery‑specific skills in one centralised location.
Ben Massey, Chief Executive of the National Association of Jewellers, said,
“Our members recognise that people are their greatest asset. As a sector, we each have a role to play in helping passionate professionals get on the map, so they, in turn, can help businesses grow and develop.
“While this free service is still in development, we ask for your patience and continued support. We encourage members, supporters, education providers, and friends to keep championing the talent that underpins the jewellery, silverware and allied crafts industry.”
Jewellery businesses across the UK are now invited to browse the directory and connect directly with job seekers who have chosen to make themselves visible to potential employers.
