Orkney’s Alison Moore Designs Wins Second Platinum Trusted Service Award

Orkney jewellery business Alison Moore Designs has won a second Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award – an independent seal of excellence recognising companies that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Trusted Service status is awarded to firms using online reviews site Feefo to collect genuine feedback and insights from shoppers. Sellers who meet the high standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating, receive the award.

As all reviews on Feefo are verified as genuine – the company matches feedback to legitimate transactions - the accreditation is seen as a true reflection of a business’ commitment to outstanding service.

Alison Moore said:

“It’s lovely to receive a second Platinum award from Feefo, following up the accolade we got from them last year, because it’s based on genuine feedback from our customers, who are the most important judges of all.”

Platinum Trusted Service awards are given to businesses achieving the Feefo Gold standard for three consecutive years or more. The Feefo Gold Trusted Service award recognises organisations that have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year and gained a service rating of at least 4.5.

“We’ve always tried to ensure that every aspect of our customer experience is a good one, and we’re continually reviewing what we do to maintain those high standards,” continued Dounby based Alison. “We want everyone who buys a piece of our jewellery to love the item they’ve chosen and enjoy the sales process too.”

She added:

“The past year has been a difficult one for many of our customers, and we’ve really missed seeing them face to face here in Orkney. That’s made us more determined than ever to deliver the best possible online shopping experience, maintaining the service that secured us our first award. We also greatly appreciate the fact that our customers take the time to leave reviews on how we do things and would like to say a big thank you to all of them.”
