Nambé Celebrates Strong Debut at JCK Las Vegas

Designer lifestyle brand, Nambé, enjoyed a positive reception at this year’s JCK Las Vegas (June 5-8), welcoming international media, buyers and retailers to its booth ahead of its London launch event on June 29. 

The award-winning brand impressed its existing retail partners and prospective clients with its recently-launched sterling silver jewellery collection and giftware assortment.

Initially debuted in the United States in September 2016, Nambé Jewellery proved immediately popular with the brand’s loyal homeware customers who recognised its signature, sculptural aesthetic. Its initial roll-out in 400 doors across the US and the reaction of retail partners at JCK Las Vegas proves the collection has wide appeal among discerning customers.

The range of bracelets, earrings, pendants and rings, all with a recognisable fluidity and bold shape, has been extended for SS17. New items include the Detached Braid Hoop Earrings, reminiscent of Nambé’s best-selling Braid homeware collection, the Double Arc and Oceana Wave Earrings with complementary rings and pendants. Two new cuffs – Dharma and Split Peak – are new additions to the brand’s selection of statement wrist wear, which includes the popular Twist Cuff, Multi-Band Cuff and Oceana Cuff. 

Designed for everyday wearability, Nambé Jewellery was praised by JCK attendees for its versatility and practicality for both daytime and evening occasions. 

Nambé also highlighted best-selling pieces from its award-winning gift and homeware ranges, which are world-renowned for their modern, mid-century aesthetic and innovative use of mixed materials, including Nambé alloy, acacia wood, glass and stainless steel.

2017 marks the first time Nambé has exhibited at the internationally-recognised Las Vegas trade event, which welcomes more than 9,400 representatives from independent retailers, department stores, boutiques and galleries from across the globe. The brand impressed visitors with its elevated, monochrome display incorporating both jewellery and home.

Speaking on the success of the brand’s JCK Las Vegas debut, chief executive officer Bill Robedee comments:

“As the first major jewellery show Nambé participated in, JCK was a great opportunity to present the new sterling silver collection to a captive audience of retailers. Not only did we see traction from customers who knew the brand from its home and giftware offerings, but on its own merit, the jewellery received a strong reception and generated a lot of buzz and positive feedback.”

Later this month, Nambé will host its official UK launch event in London, welcoming existing and prospective retail partners as well as journalists, bloggers and social media influencers. The event will showcase a broad selection of the brand’s homeware, giftware and sterling silver jewellery ranges, including new items unveiled at JCK Las Vegas.

The event will take place on June 29 at the Hoxton Hotel, Holborn.
