F.Hinds Celebrates New Store Refit

Family owned and run jeweller, F.Hinds, has recently refurbished their Dover branch. The store at 42 Biggin Street, Dover, originally opened in 1985, having surviving two World Wars and numerous financial crashes over its 166-year history.

The new Dover store refit features modernisation to match the current F.Hinds branding, new wall decoration, carpet and a new seated area for serving customers.

Alison Riddle, store manager at F.Hinds Dover said,

“Having originally opened in 1985 we are now very established on Dover high-street which is wonderful. Even though times are hard, our store refit only shows that we are here it stay with our bright, modern new look. We look forward to welcoming customers, old and new, for generations to come.”

The store will continue to provide a large range of jewellery, diamonds, watches and gifts as well as their full range of services including Gold for Cash, jewellery design, remodelling and repairs, watch servicing and battery replacements, insurance and more.

F.Hinds employs over 1,000 staff across 128 stores in the UK, including its Chapelle branded stores. The independent business was also named Multiple Fashion Jewellery Retailer of the Year in 2021 at the Professional Jeweller awards, as well as being awarded the Outstanding Contribution to the Industry award in 2022.
