Ellen Monaghan will be exhibiting her new jewellery collection at established Norfolk gallery and studios Made in Cley as part of their 40th Anniversary celebrations from the 8th June.

Ellen joined Made in Cley three years ago to take over from founder goldsmith Quay Proctor-Mears as the in-house jeweller at the renowned pottery and workshops on the North Norfolk coast.

As the studio pottery celebrates it’s Ruby Anniversary, Ellen will be introducing her latest collections of her sculptural precious wirework. Ellen developed her practice in London over 18 years before making the move back to her original home in Norfolk. Exhibiting

at Goldsmith’s Fair, Cockpit Studios and various locations around the UK and abroad, Ellen has built a reputation for architecturally inspired contemporary jewellery. Over the past three years she has developed her style to include more organic influences from the salt marshes and landscapes of the Norfolk coastline.

As an independent creative business, Made in Cley has reached the milestone of 40 years of business in Cley-next-the-Sea. Established in 1984 the original founders - three potters and

one goldsmith - has grown to be a group of ten potters and two jewellers by their 40th year.

To mark the occasion they will be welcoming visitors with a glass of fizz on Saturday 8th June between 4pm and 7pm while discussing new works and processes at Made in Cley, High Street, Cley-Next-The-Sea Norfolk NR25 7RF
