🔥 The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Workshop Coordinator to oversee the flow of work through our busy jewellery workshop. You will be the key link between clients, suppliers, and our in-house production team, ensuring each piece is crafted to the highest standards and delivered on time. This role blends operational oversight, quality control, account management, and exceptional client care.

💼 Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Prepare quotes for finished pieces and repair work.
Source diamonds and gemstones for upcoming projects.
Manage and prioritise jobs through the workshop, ensuring smooth workflow.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure accuracy and attention to detail before presenting to clients.
Carry out quality control checks to ensure all pieces meet the brief and our high standards.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with external suppliers.
Manage client projects from the CAD stage through to final delivery, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience.
Act as account manager for clients, developing a detailed understanding of their preferences, specifications, and expectations.

⭐ Overarching Responsibilities

Act as the central point of coordination between clients, suppliers, and the workshop team.
Maintain efficient, well-organised processes to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Strong understanding of jewellery production processes.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships from start to finish.
Experience working in a workshop or production coordination role within the jewellery industry is highly desirable.

We work closely with jewellers to create amazing one-off pieces and produce collections within the industry. Our Aim is to produce high quality designs that will go on to be printed and casted.
