JewelCast is primarily a casting company specialising in high quality precious metal castings. In addition to this we offer an exciting range of in-house CAD design, 3D printing and mould cutting services. We’re now expanding our services to finishing. Offering a Bespoke services to our retail jewellers & designer jeweller customer base.

We have recently moved into a beautifully restored building in the heart of Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, and the new site features modern facilities and state-of-the-art equipment in each department.

About the Role

We’re looking for a knowledgeable metalwork professional who has experience working with all different metals such as gold, platinum, palladium & Silver. You’d be responsible for delivering high quality mounting work to every single bespoke order, working one to one with CAD Designers to create well designed jewellery that can be assembled correctly at the workbench. We’re seeking a true professional within the trade that has years of experience working with two, three-part castings assembling them to perfection. Some models may include repairing jewellery & resizing.

Responsibilities

Daily mounting benchwork
Delivering high quality cleaning to metal work
Specialising in Platinum mounting
Working with design department to create perfect assembled jewellery

We are very lucky to call the historic Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham our home and we are proud to be a part of a wonderful community and trade.
