Sophie Breitmeyer is a modern-family jeweller with a passion for creating bespoke, one-of-a-kind pieces as future heirlooms, reworking inherited jewellery, and designing exquisite ready-to-wear collections for both special occasions and everyday wear.
We are seeking a motivated and organised Studio & Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in the luxury jewellery industry, with potential for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Management
- Maintain the aesthetic and organisation of the studio, ensuring it is a good environment for the team and always ready for client appointments.
- Assist in managing suppliers, contractors, cleaners, and other services as required.
- Prepare collections, stones, and samples for both bespoke and ready-to-wear client appointments.
Production & Sales Support
- Support the Head of Sales & Production with stock-level management and the preparation of stock for appointments.
- Handle all online orders, including packing and delivery, to ensure timely customer fulfilment.
- Assist with stone selections and procurement from our suppliers in Hatton Garden for bespoke and ready-to-wear projects.
Bespoke & Client Care
- Assist in coordinating the delivery and collection of bespoke jewellery from Hatton Garden.
- Ensure all client inquiries (via email, phone, or social media) are promptly directed to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to bespoke and ready-to-wear projects.
- Manage the studio diary, online booking and all client appointments.
Marketing & Communications
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Communications to support the day-to-day communication strategy.
- Maintaining the visual & public relations library
- Ensuring all website imagery is up to date & updating/uploading products on the website.
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of social media accounts including Instagram & Pinterest.
Administration & Finance
- Support the Founder, Head of Sales & Production and Marketing Manager with administrative tasks, such as managing client documents and imagery.
- Work with the bookkeeper to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Organise and maintain digital files, ensuring the G-Drive and image libraries are well-structured.

A passion for the luxury jewellery industry and a willingness to learn and grow in this field.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, studio, or retail support role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems like Pipedrive is a plus.
- Experience with website management or e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of the jewellery industry or luxury retail environment.
This role is perfect for someone keen to establish a career in the jewellery industry while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Work Days
5 Days a Week / Full-Time / In Person / Monday - Friday, with one Saturday a month.

£29,000 per annum
