About Us:

Sophie Breitmeyer is a modern-family jeweller. Her passion and interest lie in creating bespoke, one-of-a-kind pieces as future heirlooms, reworking inherited pieces as well as creating a wardrobe of exquisite ready-to-wear pieces for special occasions and the everyday.

What We Require:

The Studio Manager is a motivated individual who shows initiative and excellence in the running of the studio and assisting both the production & sales of fine jewellery.

They should have a strong sense of the client's expectations in both the luxury and jewellery industry.

THE STUDIO:

To manage the look and feel of 24 Powis Terrace and to ensure that it is prepared for clients as required. This includes but is not limited to managing the cleaner, flowers, suppliers and contractors.
To handle all incoming inquiries (including but not limited to telephone, email, website & social media) and ensure a timely response is received from the correct staff member.
To manage the diary concerning all bespoke & ready-to-wear to wear projects.
To manage the preparation of stock for all RTW appointments.
To manage the preparation of stones & samples for bespoke appointments. This includes managing all stones on approbation.

PRODUCTION & SALES:

To manage Pipedrive (internal CRM software) in relation to all bespoke & RTW projects.
To assist The Head of Production & Sales in the procurement of materials for both bespoke & Ready To Wear Pieces.
To assist The Head of Production & Sales in the production of both bespoke & Ready To Wear Pieces.
To manage the website ensuring it is up to date with new stock and updated pricing.
To manage all online orders.

MARKETING AND PR:

To work with our Head of Creative & Communications to ensure that the Image Library is complete and well-organised at all times. This includes but is not limited to ensuring all imagery is website-ready.
To work with the Head of Communications across all social media platforms where required.
To assist the Head of Communications on all special projects and events.

ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE:

To support the Head of Finance when needed to ensure that all financial information is accurate
and up to date. This includes client invoices, online orders, supplier invoices and payments.
To manage the studio calendar both internally and externally.
To manage the G-Drive & ensure it is highly organised.
To manage stock levels including packaging.
