  • Support bespoke sales in store by identifying opportunities and referring enquiries to the Bespoke Team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat customers to encourage loyalty and return visits.

Jewellery Production, Repairs & Stock Coordination

  • Liaise with the Retail Manager and workshop regarding repairs and alterations to ensure accurate quotations and clear timelines for customers.
  • Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Visual Merchandising & Marketing

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure in-store visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
  • Use Money Mapping data to optimise product placement and maximise sales opportunities.

People Management

  • Support the Retail Manager in the management, training and development of Part-Time Retail Stylists.
  • Help maintain a positive, collaborative team environment and uphold company service standards.

Compliance, Health, Safety & Sustainability

  • Uphold health, fire safety and wellbeing procedures.
  • Maintain and update risk assessments and relevant documentation for the store.
  • Monitor compliance with legislation, internal policies and insurance requirements.
  • Support and promote the company’s environmental and sustainability values.

Miscellaneous

Preferred:

  • Experience in a management or senior sales role within luxury retail.
