Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time, creative and proactive Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to enhance our brand presence and engage with our community. This in-person role, based in London, is ideal for someone with a passion for ethical luxury jewellery and a proven ability to create compelling content and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with E.C.One’s goals and values, as well as our Brand Book.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement, using insights and trends to grow our vibrant online community.
Content Creation
- Collaborate with our design team to translate intricate jewellery designs into visually compelling content.
- Create email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Produce high-quality photography and video content (both in-studio and on/off-site) to showcase our products and craftsmanship.
- Use graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, Canva) to create marketing materials, including window graphics.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Stay informed on social media trends and competitor activity to keep E.C.One at the forefront of the industry.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in a creative field or marketing (preferred but not essential).
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses, ideally within the luxury or ethical sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, or Canva).
- Experience in photography and video production, including editing.
- Ability to capture a range of content using both professional cameras and smartphones (on and off site).
- Flexibility to adapt and take quality photos/videos in a variety of environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to create visually appealing content.

Established by Jos and Alison Skeates in 1997, the company has won many prestigious awards and is renowned for leading the way in precious, ethical and sustainable jewellery. We source our materials from ethical and sustainable sources, and our manufacturing processes are designed to minimise our environmental impact. As well as showcasing a variety of jewellery designers, we specialise in bespoke design and manufacture in house. The company was the first certified B Corp jeweller in the UK and as such, give 1% of our turnover to charity, care deeply about where our materials are sourced, and importantly we place great value our team. We pride ourselves on keeping making skills alive, have trained two Goldsmiths and currently have an apprentice indentured with the Goldsmiths’ Company.
