Sophie Breitmeyer specialises in creating jewellery that will be treasured for a lifetime, earning her a name as The Modern-Day Family Jeweller. Blending antique silhouettes with contemporary wearability, Sophie's designs are crafted to transcend the trends and be passed down through generations.

What we Require
The Shop and Studio Manager will be responsible for the management of our new shop and studio space on Elizabeth Street. This is a role for someone with experience in offering knowledgeable, warm and effective customer service in the fine jewellery industry. The right candidate will be a natural leader, keen to develop a team and support the building of the SB brand specifically the Ready to Wear. Knowledge & prior experience within jewellery and gemstones is beneficial but not essential.

Sales

  • Taking the lead on driving sales, hitting monthly targets and building the SB community.
  • Reporting to SB and the production team on sales as well as offering weekly analysis and insights.
  • Maintaining deep product knowledge to be able to offer expert advice.

Stock Management

  • Responsible for the digital database and physical management of ready-to-wear stock.
  • Working alongside the production team on one of a kind, made to order and customisable stock.

Team

  • Leading the retail & sales team, specifically the weekend sales assistants.
  • Managing the rota, specifically ensuring that all weekends are staffed appropriately,

Studio Management

  • Ensuring health and safety compliance across the business.
  • Managing the cleaning and maintenance of the shop and studio spaces.
  • Leading on all practicalities such as flowers, hospitality etc.
  • Handling all security requirements where necessary,

Customer Care

  • Managing all enquiries across ready-to-wear and bespoke, online and in-store.
  • Leading the bespoke appointment calendar including both SB & Head of Productions Diaries.

Marketing

  • Working alongside Head of Comms to implement marketing initiatives - events, social media content, window displays and such like
