Are you ready to take the helm of a thriving high-end jewellery atelier?
We’re looking for a Shop Manager to join our newly opened atelier in Malahide, Dublin, Republic of Ireland.

Established in 2009, McCaul offer contemporary fine jewellery that is handcrafted in both our Dublin atelier in Malahide village, and London atelier situated on Exmouth Market.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the atelier, ensuring smooth functioning of all aspects of the shop.
Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organising jewellery pieces and materials.
Collaborate with the design team to showcase new collections and customise jewellery pieces for clients.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the atelier and increase sales.

Requirements:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and craftsmanship.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in inventory management and basic excel principles.
Knowledge of jewellery materials, design techniques, and industry trends is a plus.

Details:

Full time.
5 days a week.

We are traditional goldsmiths, known for our unique modern fine jewellery. Our signature style is curvaceous, modern and elegant. Each piece of McCaul Goldsmiths’ jewellery is designed, made and set in-house, from start to finish, using traditional techniques and modern technology. We love to explore new ideas and are continually adding new designs to our collection. Visit the McCaul Goldsmiths’ ateliers in Dublin and London to watch us at work and browse the current designs in our collection. We often work directly with clients to create bespoke jewellery.
