The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Shop & Ready-to-Wear Manager to lead our new Elizabeth Street retail space and oversee our ready-to-wear offering.

This role is suited to someone with a strong background in fine jewellery retail, who delivers exceptional, knowledgeable, and warm client experiences.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader, passionate about team development and instrumental in building the brand’s ready-to-wear presence. A strong understanding of jewellery and gemstones is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Lead and drive sales, achieving monthly targets
  • Build and nurture a loyal client base and community
  • Provide regular sales reporting, including weekly analysis and insights
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all products to deliver informed client guidance

Client Experience

  • Oversee all client enquiries across ready-to-wear and bespoke (in-store and online)
  • Manage and optimise the bespoke appointment calendar
  • Ensure an exceptional, consistent client experience at all touch-points

Stock Management

  • Manage the digital database and physical inventory of ready-to-wear pieces
  • Work closely with the production team on one-of-a-kind, made-to-order, and customisable pieces

Marketing & Events

  • Collaborate with the Head of Communications to deliver marketing initiatives, including social media content and visual merchandising
  • Plan and host in-store events to engage clients and build brand presence

Team Leadership

  • Lead, manage, and develop the retail and sales team
  • Oversee rota planning, including weekend coverage
  • Support ongoing training and professional development

Retail Space Management

  • Ensure health and safety compliance across the space
  • Oversee maintenance and presentation of the shop and studio
  • Manage day-to-day operational details, including client hospitality
  • Handle security procedures as required

Please note that weekend work is a key requirement of this role.
