We are responsible for designing, making and restoring some of sports most iconic trophies including the Emirates FA Cup, the Rugby World Cup, the ATP Finals Trophies, FIFAe World Cup, and the ICC's Men's and Women's Cricket World Cups.

Our team of master craftspeople are bespoke silver and gold specialists and among the most talented artisans and metalworkers in the world. The priceless pieces they create are packaged and presented immaculately at our workshop, before being promptly delivered to our clients based all over the world.
We are now seeking two Senior Silversmiths one to work out of our Hainault, Essex workhop and one to work out of our Ashford, Kent workshop.
Silversmith Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with the team to create, restore, repair bespoke trophies, awards and objet from 20cm to 60cm in height
- Liaise with colleagues in polishing, plating, engraving and administration
- Assist with quality control of the finished products to ensure that the highest standards are maintained
- Actively contribute new ideas to the dynamic environment and work closely with staff throughout the company
- Understand and complying with the Health & Safety protocols in the workshop
- Deputise for Production Manager when he is not onsite, supporting and mentoring more junior silversmiths and offering guidance with the various processes carried out in the workshop.
- Use workshop equipment including lathe and milling machine
- Work with brass, copper and precious metals
- 3D design and printing
- Produce project files for every job worked on, according to an agreed standard.
Assistant Workshop Manager Duties
- Assist the Production Manager in coordinating the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Supervise the work of junior silversmiths and other workshop staff, offering guidance and training where needed to maintain high standards.
- Manage workflow within the workshop, ensuring proper allocation of resources and personnel to meet production deadlines.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking materials, supplies, and equipment, and ensuring everything is in good working condition.
- Ensure workshop safety protocols are strictly followed by all staff, providing regular safety training and updates.
- Support the Production Manager in maintaining and calibrating workshop equipment, overseeing regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Assist in creating and enforcing workshop policies, processes, and procedures that promote efficiency and high-quality output.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance productivity and skill development.
