We are looking for a new member of staff to join our team as a Senior Production Workshop Mounter Assembler.

The role would involve:

Key Responsibilities

Assemble fine jewellery - including 1-, 2-, and 3-piece cast mounts - to exact specifications.
Prepare and assemble multi-part castings with precision.
Work with a variety of precious metals including 18ct gold and platinum.
Occasional hand wiring of rings, repairs and sizing’s for onsite shop.
Maintain exceptional standards of finish and craftsmanship on every piece.
Support the development and efficiency of the workshop as the team grows.
Contribute to problem-solving, prototyping, and new design development.
Meet production deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Work collaboratively with other goldsmiths and independently on assigned projects.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Mounter/Assembler in a high-end fine jewellery workshop.
Minimum 5+ years of bench experience as a goldsmith or jeweller.
Excellent technical ability and precision hand skills.
Experience working with fine jewellery and precious metals.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Ability to manage workload independently and thrive in a team environment.
Comfortable using modern tools and techniques (e.g., laser welding).

This is a full time position, Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.
