E.C. One is an award-winning ethical jeweller based in Clerkenwell, London, specialising in contemporary fine jewellery, bespoke engagement rings and meaningful jewellery designed to last a lifetime.

As the UK’s first B Corp certified jewellery workshop, sustainability and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do. Alongside our own collections, we curate jewellery from some of the UK’s most exciting independent designers.

We are currently looking for a warm, confident and enthusiastic person to join our team on Saturdays in our Exmouth Market showroom.

This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys people, appreciates beautiful design, and loves creating a thoughtful and memorable customer experience.

The role includes:

Welcoming and assisting customers in-store
Selling fine jewellery from our curated collections
Supporting clients with bespoke jewellery enquiries
Helping maintain the presentation and day-to-day running of the showroom

Jewellery experience is helpful but not essential — we are looking for someone warm, reliable, well-presented and confident with customers.

Established by Jos and Alison Skeates in 1997, the company has won many prestigious awards and is renowned for leading the way in precious, ethical and sustainable jewellery. We source our materials from ethical and sustainable sources, and our manufacturing processes are designed to minimise our environmental impact. As well as showcasing a variety of jewellery designers, we specialise in bespoke design and manufacture in house. The company was the first certified B Corp jeweller in the UK and as such, give 1% of our turnover to charity, care deeply about where our materials are sourced, and importantly we place great value our team. We pride ourselves on keeping making skills alive, have trained two Goldsmiths and currently have an apprentice indentured with the Goldsmiths’ Company.
