The Role Includes

Handling customer enquiries and sales
Delivering outstanding customer service
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting day-to-day business operations
Being involved in the development and growth of our new European office

Requirements

Previous sales experience is essential -2years+
Strong communication and people skills
Professional, positive, and proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be based within commuting distance of London
Must have the legal right to work in the UK

We are a family of Jewellers, diamond dealers and polishers trading for over 50 years. We are based in London, Hong Kong & Mumbai.

IDJC owns and operates its own workshops in London creating diamond jewellery, coloured gemstone jewellery and also unique and distinctive bespoke pieces. We have now also expanded to manufacturing in the Far East so we can bring you great value pieces. Our extensive and varied collection includes over 5,000 exceptional pieces and is constantly growing with new and exciting designs and styles.
