The Role

We are seeking a polished and motivated Sales Associate to join our London team on a full time basis. This is a key role within the business, responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience, driving sales performance, and taking ownership of day-to-day store operations and brand standards across our UK market.

The successful candidate will combine refined sales ability with strong operational ownership. You will be accountable for leading clienteling, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the elevated standards of a luxury retail environment- demonstrating initiative and reliability as a key part of our London team.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales Performance

  • Deliver a personalised, luxury sales experience to every client
  • Provide expert knowledge of premium jewellery, including metals, stones, craftsmanship and care
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through thoughtful clienteling
  • Proactively drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs and revenue targets
  • Confidently style clients and make tailored product recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to drive repeat purchase, upselling and average order value
  • Utilise our clienteling platform to perform outreach, segment audiences and provide regular reporting

Brand & Marketing Support

  • Own the end-to-end management of UK stylist loans, including outreach to stylists and editors, packing and shipping, tracking and follow-up, and ensuring timely returns
  • Maintain and update the loans tracker, ensuring all movements are accurately logged and nothing is outstanding
  • Proactively identify and build relationships with relevant stylists, editors and publications to drive press placements
  • Coordinate UK gifting initiatives, managing product selection, packaging and dispatch
  • Assist with in-store events, brand activations and local partnerships
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Millie Savage ethos in every interaction
  • Provide regular feedback on client insights, sales trends and local market activity

Store Operations & Standards

  • Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
  • Lead inventory processes including stock counts, replenishment and ensuring stock accuracy
  • Ensure the boutique consistently reflects the elevated aesthetic and experience of the brand
  • Flag operational issues proactively and support the resolution of day-to-day challenges

Ideal Candidate

  • Available to work Sunday - Thursday on a consistent basis
  • Previous experience in luxury retail (fine jewellery experience highly regarded)
  • Proven sales ability with a track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly professional presentation and demeanour
  • Self-motivated, reliable and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and demonstrating initiative
  • Ability to work autonomously, comfortable with solo shifts
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage PR and stylist logistics
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias and Endear advantageous
