About the Role
Warrenders Jewellers are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator who will work with the existing team to ensure the smooth running of the Company.
The role will focus on sales administration and customer service. It will include managing all repairs, purchasing, valuations and stock.
We are seeking someone that has experience of working in the jewellery industry (retail, manufacturing, wholesale or pawn broking).
About the Candidate
This position would particularly suit somebody with a desire to become a registered valuer (relevant training will be offered). The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, an enthusiasm to learn, and have strong communication skills. They will be…..

An interest in gemmology would also be relevant for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing all repairs including administrating work going to and from our workshops, liaising with our workshops confirming details and costs of work, and reporting to customers.
- To manage and develop purchasing from our customer base handling liaisons with customers and relevant trade contacts.
- To administrate insurance and probate valuations on customers jewellery.
- To stock in all new jewellery and watches including uploading items onto the Warrenders website.
- To attend to all customers delivering excellent customer service.
Contract Full-time (five days) to include Saturdays
Salary From £27,000, based on experience and qualifications

Warrenders was founded in 1947 and has remained in the Warrender family since. Our Sutton shop was opened in 1970 and remains the current location for the business.
Warrenders stocks and sells new and vintage jewellery & watches as well as handling bespoke commissions. Services include jewellery & watch repair and restoration, and valuations for insurance, probate and sale. We are a busy and vibrant shop, building close working relationships with our customers.
