About the Role
Warrenders jewellers are seeking a Sales Administrator who will work with the existing team to ensure the smooth running of the Company. The role will focus on sales administration and customer service. It will include managing all repairs, valuations and stock. We are ideally seeking someone that has experience of working in the jewellery industry (retail, manufacturing, wholesale or pawn broking) or has studied jewellery or undertaken training in some form. This role would suit someone in the early stages of their jewellery career who is looking to gets hands on experience handling a wide variety of jewellery. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing all repairs including administrating work going to and from our workshops, liaising with our workshops confirming the details and cost of work to be undertaken, and to ensure work is carried out to the required standard.
- To stock in all jewellery and watches including uploading items onto the Warrenders website.
- To administrate insurance and probate valuations on customers jewellery working with our valuer, and providing insurance valuations on stock items when sold working with relevant colleagues.
- Communicate with customers via email and telephone across all areas of the business; repairs, valuations, offers and sales.
- To attend to customers when required delivering excellent customer service.
- Undertake visits to offsite workshops and suppliers as required.
Contract
Full-time (five days) to include Saturdays
Salary
From £28,000, based on experience and qualifications

Warrenders was founded in 1947 and has remained in the Warrender family since. Our Sutton shop was opened in 1970 and remains the current location for the business.
Warrenders stocks and sells new and vintage jewellery & watches as well as handling bespoke commissions. Services include jewellery & watch repair and restoration, and valuations for insurance, probate and sale. We are a busy and vibrant shop, building close working relationships with our customers.
