We are seeking a Sales Administrator - Castings to join our esteemed fine jewellery casting and manufacturing business.

This position requires someone who is passionate about jewellery, possesses excellent customer service skills, and has a strong background in sales.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the industry and be able to process customer enquiries and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their enquiries and queries with confidence and expertise
Quality control of castings, a good eye for detail.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within industry.
A genuine passion for jewellery and a keen eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Extensive knowledge of precious metals.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Originally apart of Stonehouse Jewellery we decided to branch out into Castings as we weren’t getting the quality we were after elsewhere. Since opening we have grown exponentially and continue to do so with our high-quality castings and great customer service.
