Role Summary

We are seeking a client focused Retail & Customer Care Assistant to deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. As the first point of contact for enquiries, you will manage client communications, host consultations, support sales activity, process payments and documentation accurately, and oversee order updates through to fulfilment. Working closely with the Retail Manager, you will combine warm, professional service with strong organisation and attention to detail, ensuring every client journey is seamless, personal and aligned with our brand values.

Essential Skills

Proven customer service experience, ideally within retail, luxury, jewellery or a client-facing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a warm yet professional tone across email, phone and in person
Strong sales awareness with confidence in following up enquiries and nurturing leads
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling payments, invoices and customer records
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools (experience with Monday.com or similar platforms desirable)
Professional and composed under pressure, able to resolve client concerns calmly and efficiently
Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive client information and high-value purchases
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond for clients
Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend appointments

Monday - Friday at our London atelier
Competitive salary depending on experience
