The Role
We are seeking a high performing Production Coordinator to join the Taylor & Hart Production and Workshop Team.
As Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality production processes. Your responsibilities will bridge quality control and operations, providing essential support to both areas to maintain high standards and meet production targets.
Work Listing
- Performing quality checks on finished jewellery (QC5) in line with the company standards
- Performing Inspections on aftercare products in line with the company standards
- Collect and report any feedback for jewellery contractors and manufacturers in details with images
- Input aftercare requests in our system
- Liaise with the customer care team to communicate any issue or delay
- Liaise with our workshop team for Inspection outcomes and customers’ special requests
Ideal Candidate
- Basic understanding of jewellery making techniques and manufacturing processes
- Basic knowledge of diamonds and precious gemstones
- Interest and passion for the jewellery industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
